Technical operator

Functieomschrijving:
As a technical operator, you are responsible for keeping automated production lines running during your shift. You monitor the process, check the data and step in when the line needs adjustment or a technical issue occurs. In general, your tasks are:

• Operating, monitoring and adjusting automated production equipment.
• Preparing the line for production, including set-ups and changeovers.
• Carrying out line cleaning and clearance activities.
• Troubleshooting process disturbances and restoring stable line performance.
• Making small technical adjustments to machines, settings and process parameters.
• Recording process and batch data in SAP/MES systems.
• Supporting deviation handling and problem-solving on the production floor.
• Contributing to improvement activities, such as Lean, 5S, RCA or 5WHY.
• Working according to SOPs, safety rules and quality procedures.

Functievereisten:
This role fits someone who likes technology, structure and solving issues on the line. You do not need to be a maintenance engineer, but you do need experience with machines and a practical mindset. You match this role if you have:

• Experience as an operator in a production environment.
• Technical understanding of machines, settings and production processes.
• Experience with troubleshooting, changeovers or line set-ups.
• Able to work with clear procedures and work instructions.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 3 or 5-shift schedule.
• Experience with SAP, Lean, 5S or GMP is a plus.
• MBO working and thinking level is useful, preferably in a technical direction.

• Salary up to €4.500,- gross per month including shift allowance.
