We are seeking a skilled and motivated Platform & Quality Assurance Manager to take ownership of how Logistex builds, tests, releases, and supports its software platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to shape DevOps, quality assurance, release governance, and continuous improvement practices across a growing software function.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the DevOps and QA capability across the software function.
* Define and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, release controls and environment management.
* Establish and maintain a QA strategy covering automated, manual, regression and performance testing.
* Champion a shift-left approach to quality throughout the software lifecycle.
* Improve release readiness, deployment confidence and production support processes.
