Project Manager ( Global Product)

lululemon is looking to hire a strong Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage through ambiguity and complexity, create new processes, and simultaneously support multiple projects impacting a growing global organization.

• Effectively plan, manage, and deliver technology projects with agreed upon scope, timeline, and budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet timeline and business goals
• Assign individual tasks and responsibilities to project team, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project
• Assemble resources and key decision makers from across the organization to deliver defined scope of work and support through go-live
• Utilize project management tools, methods, and best practices to assemble project plans that align with expectations of stakeholders and meet business needs
• Provide project updates with a regular cadence, managing RAID logs, and escalating risks and mitigation strategies.

• 5+ years as project manager; 3+ years leading technical projects; retail experience preferred.
