Back Of House Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Perform line and prep functions alongside hourly employees

Perform food & smallware orders as needed

Help maintain a fully staffed BOH department

Communicate effectively with staff, guests, and other members of management

Oversee all foodservice operations

Maintain a clean & sanitary BOH environment

Help maintain budgeted labor & food costs

Prepare reports as needed

Ensure the safety of employees & guests at all times

Uphold all company values and standards at all times

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years working in a back of house role in leadership

In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude when under pressure

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced kitchen environment

Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering top-quality dishes

Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
