We are seeking an experienced and motivated Safety Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating safety initiatives across the organization, ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and promoting a culture of safety excellence across multiple branch locations and construction job sites throughout the southwestern United States.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized and disciplined self-starter with a strong background in construction safety and a proven ability to manage programs, train teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Experience
- 5+ years of construction safety management experience
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations
- Experience with hazardous waste, air quality permits, and environmental compliance is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Risk Management, or related field
Certifications (Preferred)
- CHST, CSP, GSP, or similar safety certification
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAMSARA or similar systems preferred
- Familiarity with mobile apps and digital tools; video creation/editing is a plus
Communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel 2535% within the southwestern U.S.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol screening
