Assistant Director - Full Time

Do you enjoy sharing the gospel with students to help strengthen their relationship with the Lord and build strong foundations within students? Along with your passion for helping students achieve success, do you have strong administrative skills? If you answered yes to all three of these questions, New Horizons of SWFL might be the place for you. New Horizons of SWFL is looking for an experienced Assistant Director in an educational or ministry field. The Assistant Director will assist in the management of all aspects of a Super Teens Club site to ensure that the program meets the educational and spiritual objectives and is managed in accordance with policies and procedures. In the absence of the Director, supervises all staff and volunteers assigned to the STC to provide well-coordinated assistance to students. Prepares a productive and engaging environment for students and volunteers which includes mentoring and tutoring students.
