Seeking a strategic and hands-on Sales Enablement Manager, the full-time remote position will build programs, content, and training to enhance the performance of the go-to-market team, partnering with various departments to equip Account Executives and BDRs with essential knowledge and resources. Key responsibilities
Own email cadences and sales collateral, running A/B testing programs to optimize performance Design and maintain training curricula and onboarding plans for Account Executives and BDRs, including certification programs Track campaign performance and training compliance, leveraging insights to report ROI and identify gaps in knowledge
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, B2B sales, or revenue marketing with end-to-end program ownership Deep subject matter expertise in tax, accounting, or small business finance Proven track record in building effective sales training curricula that improve ramp time and quota attainment Strong content creation skills, capable of producing high-converting emails and executive presentations Analytical fluency with experience in reporting and data-driven insights; proficiency in Excel/Sheets required
