Working remotely in the Northeast region, the full-time Sales Engineer I will assist the Global Sales Team with technical inquiries, support technical trials, and create software scripting solutions to convey the value of connected operations technology to customers. Key responsibilities
Assist the Global Sales Team by monitoring and managing an inbound technical inquiry queue Support technical trials and create software scripting solutions to demonstrate product value Produce digital content for product learning, adoption, and configuration, while managing internal lab infrastructure
Required qualifications
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline Preferred 1+ years of experience in a pre-sales or support role Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems Familiarity with cloud software, networking, or automation and control systems
