Excellent Site Manager opportunity to join a growing construction business delivering high-quality, design-led projects across Bristol and the South West. This role includes high-end residential builds, refurbishments, extensions, and bespoke commercial fit-outs.
The Role You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee site operations from start to completion
Manage subcontractors and site teams
Maintain health & safety compliance
Track programme and progress
Ensure quality control and attention to detail
Liaise with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
Experience as a Site Manager
Background in residential or commercial projects
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
Strong leadership and organisation skills
