City of Windsor seeks an IT Support Specialist to enhance productivity through exceptional tech support. The candidate will manage incoming IT requests, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and implement networking solutions. Qualified candidates should hold a community college diploma or relevant university degree in IT, possess strong problem-solving and customer service skills, and have at least 1–2 years of IT experience. This is a full-time, in-office position.
