Leads enterprise‑scale data architecture and engineering initiatives, designing robust data ecosystems that support complex AI/ML operations across multiple classified and unclassified environments. Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement enterprise data platforms and infrastructure
Lead design of complex data integration solutions across multiple data sources
Optimize data processing workflows for high‑volume, low‑latency requirements
Establish data governance frameworks and quality assurance processes
Mentor mid‑level data engineers and provide technical leadership
Drive adoption of best practices in data engineering and DevOps
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategy and roadmaps
Implement advanced analytics capabilities and real‑time data processing solutions
Qualifications
10+ years of data engineering experience with increasing responsibility
Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
Expertise in distributed computing frameworks and big data technologies
Advanced knowledge of database systems, data modeling, and performance
optimization
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers
Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into
technical solutions
Experience with classified environments preferred
AWS experience highly preferred but not required
Military experience strongly preferred
