LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team. In this on-site role, you’ll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and support daily living needs for underserved older adults. You’ll document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
