I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Main Contractor for a Design Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive business that genuinely invests in its people.
The role offers excellent flexibility, with a hybrid working arrangement combining home working and office attendance. The office is based in High Wycombe, so candidates should be within a commutable distance.
What we're looking for:
* Experience working within the housing and/or education sectors.
* Previous experience in a Design Management role within a Main Contractor environment is preferred.
* Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage the design process from pre-construction through to project delivery.
My client is also keen to speak with candidates at Assistant Design Manager level who are looking to take the next step in their career. If you have the right attitude and ambition, there is plenty of opportunity for progression and professional development.
Salary: £40,000 - £80,000 + comprehensive package, depending on experience.
