Our client, a leading global technology organisation, is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to oversee a large commercial function supporting international markets.

This is a highly visible leadership position where you'll partner with senior stakeholders, influence business strategy and help shape the future direction of a large multinational commercial programme.
What You'll Be Doing Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Managers responsible for Sales Development and Business Development teams across multiple international markets.
Partner with senior commercial leaders to develop and execute strategic plans that support business growth.
Drive operational excellence, ensuring consistent execution, accountability and high performance across the function.
Use data and reporting to identify trends, improve performance and support informed business decisions.
Lead operational initiatives, programmes and process improvements across a multinational organisation.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Develop high-performing leaders through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
Ensure teams successfully adopt and execute new initiatives and organisational priorities.
Create scalable processes that improve efficiency, drive consistency and support long-term growth.
What We're Looking For 7+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Programme Management or a similar leadership role.
Previous experience leading managers within a large, fast-paced commercial environment.
Strong background in operational excellence, performance management and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to use data and reporting to drive commercial performance and inform business decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Experience within technology, SaaS, outsourcing, digital media or another multinational environment would be highly advantageous.
Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms, along with modern collaboration tools.
