To drive service revenue growth, the full-time remote AV Services Inside Sales Representative will pursue new clients, expand service contracts within existing accounts, and engage decision-makers through consultative selling techniques. Key responsibilities
Create market and sales plans targeting ideal customer profiles for AV services Conduct outreach to generate new business and qualify leads for service sales opportunities Collaborate with technical and account management teams to align customer needs with service offerings
Required qualifications
5+ years of inside sales experience with a focus on B2B selling Proven experience selling AV services and service contracts Solid understanding of AV technologies and environments Experience engaging IT managers and technical decision-makers Strong presentation and communication skills
