Acquiring new allied healthcare clients, the full-time Inside Sales Client Representative will engage in cold calling and follow-up with prospective and current clients, while managing client inquiries and maintaining a database remotely. Key responsibilities
Contacts new and existing clients to solicit business and responds to inquiries regarding allied services Maintains and updates client database and job profiles while ensuring effective communication of client needs to internal teams Negotiates contract rates and facilitates interviews between clients and providers, meeting activity and production goals set by management
Required qualifications
Minimum of one year experience in direct sales of professional products or services Ability to accurately manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database system Effective negotiation skills and professional-level written and oral communication abilities Experience successfully influencing mid to high-level decision-makers for contracting professional services Understanding of financial data and the ability to compute profit margins
