Additional Details: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Required Skills/Experience: Sterris AER. Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Uses Epic. Shift & Scheduling: General Hours: 7am-5:30pm (may vary based on patient schedule). On Thursdays start at 8:30am. Call required: Monday-Friday call is from 5:30pm-7am. Saturday/Sunday is 7am-7pm. Clinicians can only take weekend call if they are ERCP Certified. Call frequency is 2-3 times per month. Very rare for clinicians to get called into during weekday overnight call. If clinician is not therapeutics trained, will not take call. Closed on weekends and holidays - on call only. : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
