Personal Training Counselor

Forma Gym has been newly designed with fully equipped indoor and outdoor training areas. We are currently seeking Personal Training Consultants (PTC) who can fulfill our requirements of enthusiastic go-getters that want a career and not just a job. We are looking for people that have a passion for fitness and desire to help others reach and exceed their fitness goals. Our PTCs use their knowledge to sell our personal training services, as well as to help guide members to the right trainer and the right training program for them. Our main goal is to get members to set up a fitness assessment. Here is where we educate those members on new training techniques, customize workouts, assess imbalances, and present personal training programs for the members to sign up. As a PTC you will be part of a team working together with individuals (members/prospective clients) to assess their needs and develop a lifestyle strategy that can help them meet fitness goals, like weight loss or muscle gain. Extremely personable job including talking with clients about their fitness goals, confidently approaching members on the floor and taking them through workouts. Our perfect candidate will have an attitude that thrives off competition love for fitness, specifically the training aspect of it. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00+ per hour plus commission

Hours: shifts vary - Day shift: 5a - 9a, 9a-1p, Evening shift: 5-8p

Monday to Friday (one day off)

Weekend availability: Sat and/or Sun 6a - 10a, 8a-12p, and variable afternoons and early evening

Supplemental Pay: Commission pay

Experience Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Certification Certified Personal Trainer certificate (Preferred)

AED Certification (Preferred)
