You will be the Manufacturing Associate Manager (Level 4) for the Manufacturing team. Our team is responsible for leading supervisors, support staff, and machinists in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while driving safety, quality, cost, and schedule excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Associate Manager (Level 4) you will be responsible for overseeing team staffing, coordinating recruitment and training, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to meet customer and business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead a team of supervisors, support members, and machinists to achieve core performance metrics.
  • Manage staffing activities including recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, and work assignments.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, production planning, maintenance, facilities, and ESH to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Desired skills

- Working knowledge of manufacturing systems including SAP and Apriso - Familiarity with Lockheed Martin policies and procedures - Understanding and experience in Material Requirements Planning - Experience in working with facilities teams and capital project management - Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement/cost reduction activities

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
