Location: Lenexa, KS, US Omaha, NE, US Position Overview: We are seeking a data-driven product and analytics professional who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business operations. This role combines data analysis and project coordination with product management responsibilities — ensuring that our data tools and analytics products are adopted, refined, and continuously improved. Responsibilities: Manage and support major data initiatives and tools within your domain. Partner with technical and business teams to drive adoption and usability. Lead product and project efforts from requirement gathering through rollout and measurement. Proactively seek new ideas and opportunities to advance the domain, staying informed on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Familiarity with construction or engineering processes and tools. Working knowledge of SQL and at least one of: Python, Snowflake, Power BI, or Sigma Computing. Excellent communication skills – able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences. Attention to detail is a must, especially in a fast-paced development environment. Proven ability to support digital tool adoption and explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Other Requirements: Regular, reliable attendance. Work productively and meet deadlines timely. Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. May work at various different locations and conditions may vary.
