CNA Contract Position This contract CNA role offers a 13-week assignment in Littlefork, Minnesota, providing direct personal care to elderly residents. Provide direct personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Monitor and document vital signs accurately, reporting any significant changes to nursing staff promptly. Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times. Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance resident wellbeing and morale.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid CNA certification in the state of Minnesota. CPR certification. First Aid certification. Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience. Prior experience working with elderly residents. Experience with vital sign monitoring. Ability to lift and support residents. Strong communication skills. Compassionate care mindset. Adaptability to shift schedules.
