A respected skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in *Bradenton, Florida* is seeking a passionate and licensed *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our dynamic therapy team. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care and improving the lives of our residents through personalized therapy services.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide evaluation and treatment for residents with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Document progress and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and rehabilitation staff to maximize resident outcomes
* Participate in care plan meetings and contribute to resident-centered care
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Current Florida SLP license
* Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric population preferred, but not required
* Strong interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills
