Requirement/Must Have: 10+ years of experience in data engineering. Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake-based cloud data warehousing. Proficiency in advanced SQL, dimensional modeling (Kimball/Data Vault), incremental and snapshot strategies, performance tuning, and cost optimization in Snowflake. Experience designing scalable, production-grade ELT pipelines. Experience implementing CI/CD for dbt. Experience integrating orchestration tools. Experience enforcing data quality through automated testing and observability frameworks. Strong understanding of cloud platforms and security in Snowflake. Experience with version control (Git) and DevOps-driven deployment practices. Experience leading technical design reviews and mentoring data engineering teams. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of ELT pipelines. Mentor offshore team members to drive delivery. Conduct technical design reviews. Ensure data quality through automated testing. Optimize performance and cost in Snowflake. Nice to Have: Experience with Dbt. Experience with Informatica.
