Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting innovative projects and large‑scale initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large‑scale planning for Software Engineering.
Review and analyze complex multi‑faceted, larger scale or longer‑term Software Engineering challenges requiring in‑depth evaluation.
Contribute to the resolution of complex situations by understanding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel and technical experts to resolve technical issues.
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
Proficiency in Java, .Net, Python, and experience with UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.
Hands‑on experience with full‑stack enterprise application component design and development.
Experience with AI, including data and error analysis, and enterprise‑scale AI adoption strategies.
Strong ability to work with globally distributed teams in Agile environments.
