The Business Intelligence Developer II will define, develop and deploy complex dashboards, reports, online analytical processing (OLAP), and visualizations to enable metrics-driven decisions. The Business Intelligence Developer II will be able to understand business activities in multiple business/functional areas and be able to capture requirements, identify required data sources, design and implement complex business intelligence solutions, and contribute to the data strategy, keeping in mind data governance and compliance guidelines. This position does not support OPT STEM or H-1 Visa Sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. What you'll do: Develop and execute relational and multidimensional database queries and stored procedures Design and develop complex dashboards, reports, OLAP cubes, and visualizations using MTM's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Solicit and document requirements for dashboards, reports, OLAP, and visualizations Maintain report documentation and data dictionary Monitor reporting systems for issues with data and report executions Provide daily support for reporting systems, which includes maintenance and enhancements to reporting systems as well as responding to assigned tickets, troubleshooting and final resolution Ensure all reports and data transfers comply with MTM and HIPAA security guidelines In collaboration with others, develop and maintain databases and Business Intelligence systems necessary for projects and department functions What you'll need: High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience 3 years' experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as SSRS, Crystal, SSAS, Power BI, Tableau or Qlik 3 years' experience with MS SQL Server or other Relational database systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Skilled in SQL development and troubleshooting, including developing stored procedures In-depth understanding of database management systems, OLAP, and Business Intelligence concepts Understanding of database design and data modeling Ability to understand business processes in order to create solutions that enable the business to effectively manage their functions Ability to effectively interpret and analyze data and present results to stakeholders Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality Ability to work well under pressure Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others to achieve defined goals Ability to build and maintain effective work relations Ability to effectively manage conflict Even better if you have...
