Key Responsibilities
Front‑line technical support for students and staff
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and classroom tech issues
Support Windows, Mac, and Chromebook devices
Assist with device imaging, repairs, and inventory
Document issues in a ticketing system
Requirements
6 months – 2 years of IT or help desk experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working fully on‑site
Interest in learning and growing within IT
