Role Summary The Content & Growth Intern will support content creation, audience engagement, and digital growth initiatives across modern social platforms. Interns will experiment with short-form content, analyze performance data, and contribute to identifying scalable growth and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Create and publish short-form content across digital platforms.
Experiment with different content formats and storytelling styles.
Experiment with audience engagement approaches and creative strategies.
Track and analyze engagement and content performance metrics.
Track and analyze audience retention and growth trends.
Identify repeatable growth strategies based on performance insights and testing results.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and online trends.
Creative and comfortable producing digital content.
Fast executor with an experimentation mindset.
Can interpret engagement and performance data.
Interested in media, storytelling, creator ecosystems, or digital growth.
