Mobile Engineer Operates, inspects, and maintains HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities to achieve efficient operating results and extend life expectancy. Ensures equipment is maintained in an energy‑efficient, safe manner, reduces downtime, and keeps detailed records of operating history. Performs inspections and repairs to property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting. Demonstrates technical expertise in HVAC/R and refrigeration and is skilled in electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to complete daily assignments.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repairs, grounds, and production equipment.
Study and become familiar with equipment and required operating methods.
Conduct facility inspections and report findings impacting client occupancy and operations.
Submit P‑card receipts daily.
Update work order status in real time.
Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.
Maintain a valid state driver’s license.
Be available for call‑in work and perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration.
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using CMMS (Work Order) systems.
Working knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel).
Two years of trade school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC.

Estimated compensation: 68,640.00 - 72,800.00 USD per year
Location: On‑site – Reno, NV
