Join our Multifamily Modeling Team to develop and execute statistical models and applications that support business and risk decisions. This role is vital in advancing the mission of making homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable by developing robust models for portfolio risk management.
Required Skills & Qualifications 5 years of experience with modeling, with at least 3 years in model testing and development. Master's degree in a quantitative field is required; a Doctorate is preferred. Experience with predictive modeling techniques and large data sets. Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, Python, R, SQL, and MATLAB. Prior work experience in quantitative finance, statistics, economics, or a related field. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience in statistical model development and implementation. Experience with software development and system setup for model application. Exceptional quantitative and analytics skills. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Develop analytical methods and models for the collateral underlying mortgages. Conduct research on model enhancements and apply industry-standard processes. Implement statistical models in efficient software languages and modify source codes. Coordinate testing through model implementation and validate model forecast results.
