Pre-Construction Manager (Intermediate to Senior) Location: Ballymount, Dublin 22 Salary: €75,000-€95,000 + Benefits About the Role An excellent opportunity for an Intermediate to Senior Pre-Construction Manager to lead and coordinate pre-construction activities from initial enquiry through to contract award and project handover, ensuring commercially competitive and technically compliant tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities Manage the tender process from enquiry to contract award.
Coordinate estimating, design, planning, and operations teams.
Develop methodologies, logistics plans, and technical submissions.
Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering initiatives.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
Manage bid clarifications and handover to project delivery teams.
Requirements 5-10 years' experience in pre-construction, project management, or commercial construction.
Experience on large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres, industrial, or pharmaceutical sectors.
Strong understanding of tendering, construction methodologies, and commercial principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
