Our client provides engineering, construction, installation, and maintenance services across the power and energy sector.

Responsibilities/Duties: Manage the safe delivery of HV substation and power infrastructure projects on site.
Act as PICW and ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety rules and permit systems.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Plan daily and weekly site activities, resources, and work programmes.
Monitor progress, quality, and productivity across all installation works.
Liaise with clients, project managers, engineers, and commissioning teams throughout project delivery.
Ensure all site documentation, permits, inspections, and quality records are maintained.
Support testing, commissioning, energisation, and project handover activities.
Qualifications / Skills: 5+ years' experience delivering HV/MV substation, utilities, or power projects.
Current PICW authorisation or strong experience working within HV safety rules environments.
Strong knowledge of substation construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
