Rate: €30
- €35 per hour DOE The Role Leading a team of plumbers and apprentices on site across commercial, industrial, and pharmaceutical projects.
You'll be the link between the site operatives and project management, making sure work is delivered safely, on programme, and to spec.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate a team of plumbers and apprentices on site Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress against programme Read and work from drawings, specifications, and project documentation Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and pipework systems Liaise with the Project/Site Manager on progress, materials, and delays Ensure all work complies with current building regulations and industry standards Enforce site safety procedures and run toolbox talks Manage materials, plant, and tools on site Quality control and snagging of completed works Mentor and upskill junior tradespeople and apprentices What You'll Need Recognised plumbing trade qualification (Level 6 Advanced Craft Certificate or equivalent) Minimum 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience, with proven supervisory/chargehand experience Experience on commercial, industrial, or pharmaceutical xyswxtq projects an advantage Strong knowledge of plumbing and pipework systems Safe Pass and Manual Handling certs essential Full clean driving licence Strong communication and man-management skills What's on Offer €30
