Scrum Master II
to join our team. As part of our commitment to collaboration, this position follows a hybrid schedule requiring you to be in our Omaha office every Monday and Wednesday. What You'll Do (The Impact):
Coach & Mentor:
Instill an Agile mindset across project teams, championing both Scrum and Kanban practices to foster self-organizing, highly productive teams. Drive Transformation:
Play a pivotal role in Mosaic's critical cloud migration and digital enablement initiatives. Facilitate & Deliver:
Lead daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Keep work visual, manage workflow, and remove roadblocks. Partner & Optimize:
Collaborate with stakeholders on backlog prioritization and utilize data-driven metrics to track progress and continuous improvement. What You Bring (The Requirements):
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years managing complex, multi-functional projects with a proven track record of success. Methodology:
A solid understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies. Experience with DevSecOps is a plus. Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Credentials:
PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certifications are preferred. Leadership Style:
