Oversee the daily operations of the center to ensure smooth, efficient business flow
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Hire, train, supervise, and retain top talent
Create employee schedules that support both business needs and team success
Drive membership, retail, and service sales performance
Deliver an elevated guest experience from check‑in to checkout
Maintain inventory and ensure the center is fully stocked and operationally ready
Oversee internal and external communication with professionalism and urgency
Analyze business trends and execute strategies to maximize results
Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and growth
Qualifications
Strong sales and leadership experience
Passion for coaching, performance, and team development
Someone who thrives on hitting goals and exceeding expectations
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to lead with confidence, urgency, and professionalism
Beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience is a plus
