- 5:00pm Annual Leave: 24 Days + Bank Holidays Our client, a well-established supplier within the building materials sector, is seeking an experienced Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join their busy team in Dublin West.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment and has previous experience within a builders' merchants or trade counter setting.
Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to trade and retail customers.
Process sales and orders accurately.
Provide product advice and recommendations.
Handle customer enquiries both in person and over the phone.
Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked trade counter.
Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience working on a trade counter or within a builders' merchants.
Strong knowledge of building materials and hardware products.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good computer and administration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, organised and a strong team player.
What's on Offer Monday to Friday working hours
- no weekend work.
