The Business Analyst Odoo is responsible for analyzing the needs of clients (or internal teams), proposing solutions through Odoo modules, and accompanying the implementation of the ERP to optimize business processes. Your missions will be as follows: Recueil des besoins: Meet with clients or users to understand their business processes. Identify problems, objectives, and functional expectations. Analyse fonctionnelle: Translate needs into specifications or functional specifications. Map business processes and propose improvements. Paramétrage & déploiement d'Odoo: Configure Odoo modules (CRM, sales, purchases, stock, accounting, HR, etc.). Adapt workflows and interfaces according to needs. Tests & validation: Organize and conduct testing phases (functional, user). Ensure the solution's compliance before production. Formation & support: Train users on Odoo usage. Provide functional support after deployment. Interface entre équipes: Collaborate with developers for specific needs (custom developments). Act as a liaison between business and technical teams. You are already a Business Analyst Odoo with the desire to manage the client in addition to your team of developers. You were ideally an Odoo developer in your previous life. You know how to listen, be constructive in a team, and be proactive. Good knowledge of Odoo modules. Strong skills in business analysis and process modeling. Ability to write functional specifications. General understanding of ERP systems. Good communication (oral & written). Technical notions (XML, Python, PostgreSQL) are highly appreciated! Join us!
