No cold calling. Ever. Every lead is warm and ready to talk. You’ll spend at least 70% of your day in conversation with customers who asked to hear from you. Set 4+ appointments daily. Close 22+ net sales monthly through consultative selling. ️ Guide each customer through their 45-day trial and make their hearing journey smooth and positive. What You Bring
3+ years of inside sales experience with strong closing results. Strong closer who listens, consults, and earns trust fast. Tech confident with CRMs, especially Salesforce. Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet. Why You’ll Love hear.com
Start strong with $26.80 an hour with uncapped commission potential. New heroes average $70K+ in their first year. Top Superheroes soar past $100K.
