Construction Solicitor - General Counsel

Location: Lancashire, North West England, UK, PR3 5JJ

Manchester M2 £75,000 - £93,000 depending on experience. Full time, Permanent.

Lead legal strategy across construction projects, contracts and property matters for a growing UK organisation. A senior in‑house role combining legal leadership, governance and risk management.

You must be authorised to work in the UK.

• Strong legal leadership experience across construction projects and associated property matters
• JCT/NEC contracting, procurement and governance
• Property transactions, leases and due diligence linked to construction delivery
• Dispute resolution and external counsel management
• Legal processes, templates, training and capability building

• Qualified solicitor with strong experience in UK construction law and construction‑related property matters
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to risk and governance
• Ability to advise senior leaders and balance pace with compliance
