Manager, Software Engineering – Decision Management Program

• Lead and manage the team, including performance reviews and technical guidance.
• Stay hands‑on while leading the team.
• Understand the business priorities and work on a roadmap to deliver business value.
• Manage your own time while collaborating with teammates to accomplish project goals.
• Collaborate with the architect and ensure the team aligns with architecture guidelines.

• Strong programming skills with deep knowledge of Java.

• Good multi‑tasking abilities.
• Knowledge of Spring and other frameworks.
• Good knowledge of unit testing and mocking frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, or EasyMock.
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with Oracle.
• Experience working with high‑performance applications.
• Good problem diagnostic and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks within constraints and timelines set by business needs.
• BS in computer science or a related field preferred.

• Experience with IBM ILOG/ODM and Pivotal Gemfire Grid.
• Experience with Dockers, Kubernetes, etc.
• Experience with Angular.
