Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment following strict safety protocols. Prepare patients for scans, including positioning and performing venipuncture as needed. Assist radiologists in acquiring high-quality diagnostic images. Monitor patient condition throughout procedures and respond to any emergencies. Document procedures accurately and adhere to department standards. Ensure compliance with certification requirements and maintain license credentials. Qualifications:
Valid registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as R.T. (R)(CT) or R.T. (R) with ARRT credential. Advanced certification in CT modality is required. BLS certification from an approved vendor as per hospital policy. Proven experience in performing CT scans in a clinical setting. Strong understanding of radiologic safety standards and protocols. Venipuncture certification preferred in California and Oregon. Benefits & Growth:
