Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Configure and maintain DARTS workflows, templates, and routing procedures that support intelligence production and dissemination requirements.
Design and implement DARTS workflows that streamline intelligence product development, coordination, and dissemination processes.
Establish routing procedures and approval chains that ensure appropriate review and clearance of intelligence materials.
Utilize DARTS capabilities to track intelligence requirements, manage tasking processes, and monitor collection and analytical efforts.
Coordinate requirement prioritization and resource allocation across production elements; implement tracking mechanisms that provide visibility into requirement satisfaction and identify gaps requiring attention.
Utilize DARTS collaboration features to support cross‑organizational intelligence production efforts and information sharing.
Design, implement, and operate data management systems for intelligence needs.
Design how data will be stored, accessed, used, integrated, and managed by different data regimes and digital systems.
Work with data users to determine, create, and populate optimal data architectures, structures, and systems; plan, design, and optimize data throughput and query performance.
Participate in the selection of backend database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, HPC), their configuration and utilization, and the optimization of the full data pipeline infrastructure to support the required content, volume, ETL, and periodicity of data for timely analysis.
Required Qualifications
Direct experience performing detailed groundwork that turns AI concepts into operational reality.
At least a portion of the experience within the last two years.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with at least eight years of relevant experience or twelve years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
General Factors
May be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40‑hour work weeks may be expected.
Willing to travel as needed.
No relocation required.
Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for long periods and lift 20 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to multi‑task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
Clearance TS/SCI with current CI Poly (adjudicated within the past five years or ability to pass a CI Poly).
Location Joint Base Anacostia‑Bolling; On‑Site.
Salary Range 75,000 – 88,000 USD per year.
