Gen AI Business Analyst (Technical / Hands-on) We are looking for a GenAI-fluent Business Analyst to partner with AI leadership in accelerating AI adoption across Sales Business Process Reengineering (BPR). This is a hybrid role combining business analysis, AI workflow design, and change management. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with GenAI tools, capable of designing AI-powered workflows, and driving adoption across enterprise teams. Key Responsibilities: Discover & Map
Document as-is and to-be workflows across Sales Ops and BPR functions Create user journey maps and identify AI intervention points Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user shadowing Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases
Design & Build
Design AI-powered workflows using prompting and GenAI tools (no coding required) Build solutions using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot Develop prompt libraries, templates, and reusable playbooks Translate business requirements into technical solutions (APIs, data flows, integrations)
Drive & Scale
Manage AI use case backlog from ideation to adoption Lead UAT, testing, and feedback loops Train and enable teams to adopt AI workflows Measure adoption, productivity gains, and quality improvements
Influence & Communicate
Present solutions, demos, and insights to leadership Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions Support cross-functional AI initiatives
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Process Design / BPR Strong knowledge of BA concepts, process mapping, and change management Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc)
