To support our growth, we are looking for a rigorous and motivated Quality Inspector.

Modern Equipment : Modern production and inspection equipment: 20 CNC machines, 7 Fanuc robots, Keyence, CMM, and several ongoing growth projects.

Main Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional and visual inspection of machined parts.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, CMM, gauges, etc.
- Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
- Identify non-conformities and participate in their resolution.
- Ensure traceability of results by providing reports/material certificates to customers.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of quality processes.
- Maintain calibration of measuring equipment and follow quality procedures.
- Sort batches of non-conforming parts and participate in their correction.
Desired Profile
- Any relevant training in inspection.
- Experience in quality inspection within a machining environment is an asset.
- Good understanding of blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) is an asset.
- Knowledge of metrology instruments.
- Attention to detail, autonomy, and analytical mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
