Job SummaryWe are looking for a high-quality individual to fill the position of Quality Supervisor for our Oklahoma City manufacturing facility. This position will lead and coordinate daily inspection activities with the mission to turn quality into a competitive advantage. This role oversees inspection teams, drives continuous improvement, and partners with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance overall product performance. Performs these duties directly or via direct reports.
Job Responsibilities:- Supervise and support a team of quality inspectors, ensuring adherence to inspection procedures, work instructions, and safety standards
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily inspection activities to meet production schedules and quality objectives
- Review inspection results, identify trends, and initiate corrective or preventive actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to address nonconformances and implement process improvements
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance technical skills and performance
- Maintain accurate documentation, inspection records, and reports in accordance with quality management systems
- Participate in internal and external audits and support audit readiness activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, CAPA)
- Monitor and report key quality metrics and recommend actions to improve performance
- Establish and oversee quality training programs (i.e. 6 Sigma, Fishbone analysis, Problem-Solving, etc.).
- Maintain a working knowledge of customer and data center cooling industry quality codes and standards, to ensure compliance and to drive continuous improvement of our quality metrics. Reviews technical publications, articles, and abstracts to stay abreast of technical developments in industry.

- Working with a supportive group of professionals that encourage and support strong leadership and new ideas.
- 3-5 years of Quality inspection or control experience with a demonstrated high level of performance.
- 1-2 years of informal leadership (e.g. lead inspector, team lead, or mentoring role)
- BIM360 expertise
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
- Five years' Quality experience in the HVAC field or manufacturing related industry. Experience with sheet metal fabrication, welding, brazing, and final assembly are also a plus.
- Experience in ISO 9001 Standards, Lean, 5S, Kaizen and Supplier Quality preferred.
