Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage a Web Services program for the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This role will be responsible for overseeing complex IT projects, ensuring the successful delivery of web services that support the DoD healthcare mission. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project budgets, and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with DoD policies and IT best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in healthcare IT, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities include managing and overseeing the DHA Web & Mobile Services program, leading and coordinating multiple project workstreams, ensuring the program aligns with the DoD's IT policies and operations, applying project management best practices, communicating effectively with stakeholders, developing and managing program budgets, leading change management initiatives, fostering a collaborative culture, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring the effective management of technical resources and infrastructure.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), minimum of 10 years of experience as a Program Manager, active DoD Secret clearance, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification, ITILv4 certification, deep understanding of project management methodologies, proven experience managing budgets, strong change management skills, excellent leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with DoD Healthcare IT systems and standards preferred.

Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $122,339.00/Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $191,155.00/Yr.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
