To establish and grow an engineering presence in Argentina, the full-time salaried Principal Consultant, Software Engineering will lead architecture and delivery efforts, mentor engineers, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients while supporting business development activities. Key Responsibilities
Establish and grow MojoTech's engineering presence in Argentina, recruiting and mentoring a high-performing team Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, leading discovery workshops and translating business objectives into technology solutions Design and deliver scalable systems across application, data, and AI platforms while ensuring project alignment with client expectations
Required Qualifications
12+ years of software engineering and architecture experience Significant experience leading client-facing consulting engagements Proven experience building, managing, and mentoring engineering teams Strong professional network within Argentina's technology community Deep expertise in modern software architecture, cloud platforms, and distributed systems
