Join us at razorfish.com.
This role at Razorfish will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.
Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.
Overview
In this role you will support CRM data and analytics for our client and serve as a hands-on analytical partner and storyteller for the team. The strongest candidate will be a storyteller first—someone who can interpret performance, connect the dots across the customer journey, and translate data into clear, actionable narratives for strategists and client stakeholders.
Core areas of focus for this role include email and push notification measurement, reporting, campaign analysis, testing support, customer segmentation, personalization, and forecasting. But the value of this role is not just producing analysis—it is helping the team understand what the data is saying, what matters most, and what actions should come next.
This role requires strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills. This person will work closely with strategists and cross-functional stakeholders to frame business questions, interpret findings thoughtfully, and help shape recommendations grounded in both quantitative reasoning and human understanding.
Responsibilities
Support implementation of CRM measurement strategies, helping ensure KPIs are captured accurately and data quality issues are identified and addressed
Be a storyteller in the work—turning data into clear narratives that help strategists understand the implications and shape what happens next
Partner with strategists and client stakeholders to understand business questions, frame the right analyses, and ensure outputs are useful for decision-making
Build reporting and analysis that surface meaningful trends, uncover the story behind performance, and highlight actionable opportunities
Support testing frameworks, learning agendas, and campaign readouts by interpreting results clearly and helping turn findings into future recommendations
Apply sound analytical and statistical thinking to projects, escalating to specialized partners when advanced methods are needed
Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that help strategists and stakeholders understand what happened, why it matters, and what to do next
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as strategy, media, product, and engineering to connect CRM insights to broader business and marketing decisions
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, measurement approaches, and data processes that support client goals
Help troubleshoot data issues, investigate performance changes, and support resolution through structured analysis
Stay current on CRM and marketing measurement trends and share relevant ideas with the team and clients
Contribute to documentation, QA processes, and project workflows that improve consistency and accuracy across deliverables
Build strong working knowledge of the client’s business, customers, and CRM programs so analysis reflects real context and leads to stronger recommendations
Support ad hoc analyses, special projects, and team initiatives as needed
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM analytics, digital marketing, or a related field
Strong quantitative reasoning skills paired with curiosity, empathy, and an ability to interpret human behavior through data
Proven ability to turn data into clear, persuasive stories and recommendations for non-technical audiences, especially strategists and business partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize ideas clearly and create polished, insight-led deliverables
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, analytics, behavioral science, marketing, social science, or a related field with strong quantitative coursework, or equivalent practical experience
Technical Familiarity
Comfort working with common analytics and reporting tools used in CRM or marketing measurement environments
Ability to work with data outputs, dashboards, and visualizations to support analysis and communicate findings clearly
Familiarity with customer or campaign data and comfort partnering with technical teammates when deeper data work is required
Experience with tools such as SQL, Python, or AI-enabled analytics workflows is helpful, but not the core requirement for success in this role
