Compensation Designed for Growth
Our compensation structure rewards effort, consistency, and performance.
Monthly Salary Tiers:
- Entry Level: $4,000/month
- Professional Level: $5,000/month
- Executive Level: $6,500/month
- Master Level: $8,500/month
In addition to base salary, Sales Consultants earn:
- Per-unit commission on every vehicle sold
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Elite production accelerator bonuses
- Salesperson of the Month recognition and bonus opportunities
- Annual elite performance bonuses for top producers

What You'll Do
As a Sales Consultant, you are the front line of the customer experience.
You will:
- Greet customers and create a strong first impression
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, and digital leads
- Use a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs
- Present vehicles and conduct professional test drives
- Follow the Walt Massey Road to the Sale process
- Build value, handle objections, and confidently ask for the business
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
- Conduct daily outreach via phone, text, email, and video
- Follow up with sold and unsold customers for repeat and referral business
- Request reviews and referrals after delivery
- Promote inventory and deliveries through social media
- Stay engaged in ongoing training and coaching
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude every day

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Coachable and process-driven mindset
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM systems, texting, email, video, and social media
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
