Sales ExecutiveAs a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth across North America by prospecting, engaging, and converting new B2B customers. Your focus will be on selling our full suite of Telematics solutions, including GPS Tracking, Asset Tracking, Vision Systems and IoT-enabled features.Working within a dynamic sales environment, you'll use your sales skills, telephony experience, and product knowledge to engage decision-makers, nurture inbound and outbound leads, and close opportunities that contribute to our ambitious targets.Your responsibilities day to day will be:Proactively identify and reach out to new business opportunities via phone, email, and digital tools.Manage a robust sales pipeline, taking leads from initial contact through to close.Respond to and convert inbound marketing leads generated by campaigns.Promote cross-selling opportunities across our range of Telematics solutions.Deliver a first-class customer experience throughout the sales cycle.Support the smooth onboarding of new customers, ensuring expectations are aligned and met.Accurately maintain records within Salesforce CRM.Monitor your own performance and KPIs including call volumes, lead conversion, and revenue targets.Support the wider sales team by sharing insights on customer feedback and trends.Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance.Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer success and post-sale satisfaction.Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions.Contribute ideas for sales improvement and innovation within the team.Qualifications:Minimum 12 years' experience in a B2B sales environment (desk-based or telesales)Experience in or understanding of Telematics or SaaS-based solutions is preferredStrong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to closeExperience working to individual KPIs and team-based sales targetsComputer literate with working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft OfficeSelf-motivated, energetic, and a true team playerA passion for technology and problem-solving in a fast-paced sales environmentAdditional information:A friendly culture that mirrors our proposition to our customers.A fast-growing organisation that defines itself as being agile and innovativeA drive for continuous improvement, which you will be empowered to get behind from day one.A commitment to building a working environment that values inclusivity, innovation, agility, and drive.Retail DiscountsHealth and Wellbeing support servicesSalary range 50,000 - 55,000 USDMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Plan
