At least 7 years of relevant experience in business analysis Demonstrable knowledge of how Technology Design and Deployment lifecycle aligns and integrates with the Architectural and Engineering Construction lifecycles. Experience in requirements elicitation for engineering design and deployment of technology infrastructure specifically building renovations, restacks, relocations, cabling, network, and systems Must have strong quantitative skills and experience taking raw data and drawing actionable insights from it Demonstrated experience in using PC-based word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI) sufficient to prepare effective business analyses and presentations. Professional demeanor with strong project management, problem solving, communication, and presentation skills Superb communication and stakeholder management skills with focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service. Effectiveness working diplomatically across teams with varying objectives. Demonstrable knowledge of the PMBOK; PMP Certification is preferred Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
Based in Washington, DC/Baltimore metropolitan areas with some travel on occasion.
